Sale! My story “A Man of his Word” has sold to Fantasy Short Stories Volume IV. This year has certainly gotten off to a fast start sales-wise. Hope it continues in the same vein!

First sale of the year came in over the weekend – an audio reprint (“Take Me in to the Ballgame”) sale to Manawaker Studios, which makes me very happy. I love having my work podcast because it opens it up to a completely different audience.

Supremely cool news for the first Monday of the year is that my DreamForge story, “A Sip of Pombé” made the recommended reading list on Tangent (and with a star and everything). Link here.

Last sale of 2019? Probably. I just sent the contract back to The Weird and Whatnot, who will be publishing my S&S tale, “Favored Methods”. Good end to a fantastic year.

Off the Beaten Path is available on Kindle! I think you will like this one, as it focuses on people you probably won’t have met before and places that aren’t the usual American or European settings. So if you like your genre fiction set in South America, Asia and Africa, this one is for you (or for that special person who needs a last-minute holiday gift, but who has read widely in the genre and wants something fresh!)
