My story “We Sail by Night” has sold to the Blood in the Rain antho.  That makes me happy.  Will let everyone know when this one comes out!

Had some wonderful news this morning. I am a finalist for the James White Award. It’s always a massive thing when you’re named a finalist in a competition run by the BSFA and Interzone, so I’m kind of doing a happy dance on continuous loop. Link to the press release is here.

I posted last week that my story “Gina” had been published on Swords & Sorcery… well, the good news today is that it was also favorably reviewed on Black Gate. You can read the review here.

Have signed a contract with Severed Press for a novel set on and near an Argentine Antarctic base. Rumors that ancient sea monsters will be present cannot be confirmed or denied at this time. All I know is that now I have to write the thing 🙂

Trying something new… a thriller with romantic elements. My novel Timeless has been picked up by Gypsy Shadow. Looking forward to seeing how this one does, as it’s a new genre for me.

My story “Blink” has sold to Alien Dimensions, marking my third sale to this mag. Happy dance has been performed!

The Table of Contents for this year’s Ténèbres Antho has been released (see below). This will be my first appearance in French. How cool is that?  Plus, it’s the 20th anniversary of this long-running antho, so a double honor to be among the chosen few…

Good news for the day is that my story “Gina” has sold to Swords and Sorcery.  I am becoming something of a regular there (my story “Merchandise” was featured recently, and I’ve had other works in there as well).  So happy dance.
