New series launch!

icedAlways a great feeling when a new book or series launches, so I’m extremely happy to announce that “Iced”, the first tale in the Song of Sangr series has been published and is available from Amazon and Smashwords.

You can download a free sample of the story here

For those curious regarding the process of cover art creation, there’s a fascinating slideshow on the publisher’s site that shows the progression from notebook sketch to finished artwork, you can see it here

The Internet Science Fiction Database

One of the cool things about publishing lots of fiction is watching the world take notice, and slowly seeing your work get listed in the multiple genre databases.  The Internet Science Fiction Database has had me listed for ages – but It’s always nice to see that they keep it up to date.  They haven’t listed all of my work, by any stretch of the imagination, but my listing is turning into a pretty respectable page!

Racial Memory

My story “Racial Memory” will be appearing in the Keystone anthology from Third Flatiron Press.  This is a publisher that seems to enjoy my stories, as they’ve run a number of them – which makes it doubly nice to sell to them!  I’ll let everyone know when it comes out and where you can purchase it!

Belief

Sold my story “Belief” to the second volume of the “Worlds of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror” antho series last week. I was hanging out in Costa Rica with people who utterly rock at the time – and getting some work done in the process, so a nearly perfect week!
