A great review of Love, Time, Space, Magic was published on New Myths, which says some nice things about my story Modern time. You can read the review here.

Sha’Daa
The team behind the series has revealed the cover of the fourth book in this amazing series: Sha’Daa: Facets. This one contains my short story “Empire Dreams”.
You can read all about the series here.
Already for sale is the previous installment, Sha’Daa: Pawns which also has one of my stories in it. You can purchase it here.
Modern Love
Love defies time, crosses the infinite distance of space, and sparks formidable magics in the hearts of those it touches. And immortality? Yeah, it’s got that covered, too.
In this powerful volume, Pop Seagull Publishing presents twelve science fiction and fantasy short stories on the theme of love and its role as a force of nature.
Tokyo Yakuza
My story Death on the Inside has been published in the first anthology from the exciting new Tokyo Yakuza anthology.
Japan Won the War. The year is 2020. The Tokyo Olympics are supposed to be a world stage for Japanese corporate advances in cybertechnology. The Third Reich, the Soviet Union, and isolationist America will bear witness to a reinvigorated Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere. Not if the yakuza have anything to say about it. The Japanese mafia sees nothing but yen signs.
You can buy it on Amazon.
Flytrap!
My story Flytrap placed second in SF Reader’s annual short story contest, which is truly cool. I would have loved to win the top prize, of course, but with such a high-profile site and big entry, I am truly delighted to have been one of the winners. You can read the story here, and if you like airships in a non-steampunk setting, I recommend it!
Complete list of winners:
1st – Fetus-in-Fetu, by James A. Mangum
2nd – Flytrap, by Gustavo Bondoni
3rd – Price of War, by Samson Stormcrow Hayes
