Here’s one I’ve been sitting on for the longest time, but now I can announce that my story “By Any Means Necessary” will be appearing in Mystics in Hell, the next installment of the Heroes in Hell shared-world series.

This one is particularly important to me because I still have a battered paperback copy of the first book in the series which I bought at Borders in the ’80s as a pre-teen. I loved that one, and becoming a part of this series is a dream come true.

Very cool news today. In a review of the December issue of Future Science Fiction Digest, my story “Butterfly Blue” was not only praised, but actually became a Locus Recommended Read.

Am I becoming a critical darling all of a sudden? I have no way of knowing (I wouldn’t complain) but if you’d like to judge for yourself, here’s the link to both the review and the story itself.
