A great review of Incursion came up on Amazon (this one seems to be even more popular than Siege among those who have read both!). The nice thing about this one is that it was written by Jackie Kingon who is an excellent SF writer herself (author of Sherlock Mars).
The Still Waters anthology, Edited by C.J. Brightley which is a Noblebright antho and contains my story “Embrace of the Deep” is available for Pre-Order on Amazon. For those who are curious, it seems that the noblebright movement started as a countercurrent to the grimdark style.
The first review of anything is always a nerve-wracking experience, so the fact that we’ve got the first Amazon review of Incursion: Shock Marines in the book, and that it’s a good one is a happy thing!
There’s a review of Ecotastrophe II up on SF Crowsnest. They liked he antho as a whole and have nice things to say about my story, “The Wrong Kind of Ship” in particular. You can read the entire review here.
Got News from Black Rose Writing that my novel The Malakiad will be published in March 2018. So a lot of editing in my future, it seems… but definitely worthwhile, as this one is a book I love!
My comic fantasy novel, The Malakiad, has been picked up by Black Rose Writing. Contracts signed and sent, and will let everyone know about progress as it happens.
My story “New Hunting Grounds” has sold to Fantasia Divinity for their Mythic anthology. So my dragon will be appearing among any number of different mythological beasts, which is always fun.
